• To direct or forward to us, within contract time frames, any inspection reports, condo or association documents, and mortgage lender notices or commitments
• To be readily available to contact by telephone and by facsimile or e-mail
• To inform us immediately of any change of plans or complications
• To be available, ready, willing and able to close by the contract closing date
